Our Organic Congo coffee delivers a strikingly complex and elegant cup, layered with dark chocolate, green apple, dried plum, and soft nougat sweetness. Grown at high elevations and fresh roasted in small batches, this coffee offers both vibrant clarity and a smooth, satisfying body.
Sourced from the North Kivu region of the Democratic Republic of Congo, these organic beans are grown at 1,900–2,100 meters, where cool mountain temperatures and rich volcanic soil contribute to exceptional depth and brightness. The result is a beautifully balanced coffee that is lively yet refined.
This coffee is produced by the Vughole Women’s Group, a collective of women farmers dedicated to quality, sustainability, and community empowerment. Their meticulous farming and harvesting practices ensure every lot meets high organic and quality standards.
Featuring heirloom varietals, along with Blue Mountain and Rumangabo, and processed using a washed method, this organic Congo coffee highlights clean flavors, crisp acidity, and a polished finish. Harvested between March and June, each crop captures the peak expression of the region.
