Grown at high elevations and fresh roasted in small batches, this coffee offers bright acidity, a light body, and a clean, refined finish that highlights the character of its origin.

Sourced from the renowned Huehuetenango region, these organic coffee farms sit high in the mountains at elevations ranging from 5,000 to 6,500 feet (2,000+ meters above sea level). Warm, dry winds flowing in from Mexico’s Tehuantepec plain help protect the region from frost and allow coffee to grow at remarkable heights, producing dense, flavorful beans with exceptional sweetness.

Because Huehuetenango farms are so remote, many producers operate their own micro-mills, ensuring greater control over quality. Abundant mountain rivers make this region ideal for washed (wet) processing, which enhances clarity, brightness, and sweetness in the cup while allowing the terroir to shine.

This organic Guatemala is classified as Strictly Hard Bean (SHB), meaning the coffee was grown at high altitude and matured slowly, resulting in denser beans and superior flavor development. During dry milling, the coffee was further sorted to European Preparation (EP) standards for consistency and quality.
