Bayou Berry Reserve™ – Elderberry Infused Coffee

Limited Edition Louisiana Coffee Crafted with Specialty Coffee & Louisiana-Grown Elderberry

Introducing Bayou Berry Reserve™, a one-of-a-kind elderberry infused coffee from French Settlement Roasting Co. This limited-edition blend combines our organic specialty-grade coffee with Louisiana-grown American elderberry from fellow veteran-owned business Cockeyed Farms.

Carefully roasted in small batches right here in Louisiana, Bayou Berry Reserve delivers the smooth, low-bitterness coffee experience French Settlement Roasting Co is known for while adding subtle fruit-forward notes from real American elderberry.

Unlike flavored coffees that overwhelm the cup, Bayou Berry Reserve was designed to let exceptional coffee remain the star of the show. The elderberry adds a gentle complexity while providing approximately 2,000mg of elderberry per serving.

A Louisiana Collaboration

Bayou Berry Reserve brings together two Louisiana veteran-owned businesses committed to quality and local agriculture.

The elderberry used in this blend comes from Cockeyed Farms, a veteran-owned family farm operated by Brandon and Lauren Breaux. Located in Louisiana, Cockeyed Farms became the state’s first commercial American elderberry farm and specializes in growing American elderberry (Sambucus canadensis) using beyond-organic growing practices.

Their mission of producing high-quality, locally grown agricultural products perfectly aligns with our commitment to sourcing exceptional ingredients and supporting fellow Louisiana businesses.
