How much can our organization raise?

That depends on how many qualifying items are sold. Your organization earns $4 per 12 oz coffee bag and $2 per qualifying K-Cup box or merchandise item.

Is there any upfront cost?

No. Our standard fundraiser setup does not require your organization to buy inventory up front.

Do kids, parents, or organizers have to collect money?

No. Supporters order and pay online, so there is no cash collection, no checks, and no chasing down payments.

Do we have to go door to door?

No. Your fundraiser can be shared by link, code, Facebook, text, email, flyers, and QR code.

Do we have to handle products or pass out orders?

No. We handle the roasting, packing, and fulfillment. Orders are shipped or fulfilled as they come in, so your group does not have to sort boxes or distribute products.

Do supporters have to wait until the fundraiser ends?

No. Orders are processed as they come in instead of waiting months for all orders to be collected.

Do we get our own fundraiser page?

Yes. Your organization receives its own fundraiser page, shareable link, and fundraiser code so supporters know exactly who they are supporting.

Can we track how much we have raised?

Yes. Fundraisers can include live tracking so your organization can follow progress as orders come in.

What products will we be selling?

Fundraisers can include 12 oz coffee bags, K-Cup boxes, merchandise, bundles, and featured items.

How do supporters place orders?

Supporters order online using your fundraiser page, link, or code.

How long does a fundraiser typically run?

Most fundraisers run between 2 to 4 weeks, but we can adjust the timeline based on your organization’s goals.

How do we receive the funds?

At the end of your fundraiser, we total all qualifying sales and send your organization the agreed-upon payout.

Throughout your fundraiser, you can track progress in real-time directly on your fundraiser page, so you always know how your fundraiser is performing.
