If you told us years ago that we’d be the ones behind Louisiana’s most loved coffee roasting company and a coffee truck booked out two years in advance, we probably would’ve laughed—especially because we didn’t even like coffee back then.

The truth is, our journey started with one sip of bitter brew and a firm “no thanks.” But as fate would have it, curiosity and craftsmanship collided. We began experimenting with fresh-roasted beans and small-batch roasting right in French Settlement, Louisiana. What we discovered wasn’t bitterness—it was flavor, balance, and pure passion in a cup.

That passion led to the creation of French Settlement Roasting Co., where we focused on something real—organic, specialty-grade Arabica coffee, roasted with intention and care. What started as a hobby turned into something so much bigger:

• Our coffees are now featured in cafes, restaurants, and stores across the region
• Our signature flavor profiles have loyal fans (aka family) from Baton Rouge to New Orleans and beyond
• And we’ve stayed true to our roots—veteran-owned, locally roasted, and built from the ground up.
